After breakfast start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 km one way from Gangtok city, the lake remains frozen during the winter season and is also considered a sacred lake. Lake surfaces also reflect the different colors with changes in season. Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir is a Memorial & temple honoring the Indian army soldier, folk hero & saint Baba Harbhajan Singh.
(Optional: Nathula pass depends upon permit availability on additional cost Rs.5500/- to Rs.6500/- per Vehicle (Monday pass is closed).

(In case of Landslide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing).
After morning breakfast, drive to Lachen via Chungthang. Lachen is situated at an altitude of (2750m - ). On the way enjoy a few wonderful locations like Naga Waterfalls, Bhim Nala Waterfalls, and the confluence of Lachen River and Lachung River at Chungthang & lunch on the way. Expected to reach the hotel in the evening and check in to the hotel. Rest of the day at Leisure.

Lachen is a small village surrounded by the Green Mountains with an average elevation of 2750m.
Early morning drive to Gurudongmar Lake (17,000ft). Gurudongmar Lake is one of the highest-situated lakes and sacred lake in North Sikkim. The altitude here may cause breathing problems so be careful. While returning visit Chopta Valley and return back to the hotel for lunch - lunch at Lachen Hotel. After lunch drive to Lachung, expected to reach Lachung in the late afternoon check in to the Hotel & rest of the day at leisure & overnight stay at Lachung.
Lachung is a small mountain village close to the Tibetan border with an average elevation of 2700m.
After breakfast, start your excursion for Yumthang 26 km (1hrs )- Yumthang valley is located at an elevation of 11800 feet with the river Lachung flowing through the valley (Optional: Zero point @3000/-INR Approx. Per Car) is also the best place to visit - Lachung is famous for snow-covered landscape and the blooming Rhododendron - On the way from Yumthang visit the famous Hot Spring known for its medicinal curative properties – Lunch at Lachung hotel & transfer to Gangtok. On the way back you may get to see Mt.Kangchendzongha at Singhik viewpoint.

After breakfast visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday close), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway, and Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure.

9. Maximum 06 Heads (Including adults & children) will be allowed in a Luxury vehicle. AC of this luxury vehicle will only operate in plain & not in hills.
10. Kindly bring original photo identity card (any one of Driving License, Voter Card, Passport, Pan Card, photocopy of the id 04 photos for all the members.
11. Incase if the guest wants specific Innova only (on Disposal from 0900 Hrs to 1800 Hrs within city limit with the maximum running of 120 Kms) then there will be an additional cost of INR 1500.00 per day on and above the cost of a Luxury Vehicle.
12. At Gangtok: All transport services in Tata Sumo / Maxx / Bolero will be from taxi stand to taxi stand only in Gangtok. Guests will have to make their own arrangement to reach the hotel at their own cost, as these vehicles are not allowed inside the town (not applicable for Innova / Xylo). Approx Cost Rs. 250 /300 per vehicle.
13. All transfers from Gangtok / Pelling / Darjeeling to onward destinations will be provided either in morning from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. or in afternoon from 01:00 p.m. to 02:00 p.m.
14. Transfer from Bagdogra/NJP railway station will be provided from 06:00 hrs. To 17:00 hrs.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. Hotel Check-in & check-Out as per Hotel Rules. Normally Check-in 13:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
2. The infrastructure of Darjeeling & Sikkim is not too much developed now and you should not compare it with the other developed destinations. There is always a shortage of water and power in this region and so you would come across situations like water supplied on a timely basis
3. For NJP Station, please make an exit from the new exit gate (near the Bank of Baroda ATM counter) & For Bagdogra Airport from the Main Exit Gate on the Airport. The car will be parked in the parking stand and please follow up with our executive/driver.
4. If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule, please be informed to us a day early before 06:00 pm, after that no changes are allowed. If the guest informs after 06:00 pm, it will be considered as a cancellation with no refund or the guest will pay extra cost for the re-schedule the sightseeing.
5. Extra Person/Child with Extra Bed, almost all the hotel of this sector provides MATTRESS / ROLL OVERS. .
6. In this sector, scarcity of water & electricity is a natural phenomenon. In the case of Load Shading, kindly bear with such a situation. To overcome the water crisis certain hotels have fixed schedules for supplying hot & cold water. We strongly regret the inconvenience.
7. Due to a shortage in space for parking, please be ready on time & wait in the lobby. Due to uncalculated situations, vehicle reporting may get delayed. We will request you to bear with us and as soon as the vehicle arrives you will have to get in.
8. Guest is requested to keep their cool with the diver because most of them are from villages and not well educated.
9. The vehicle may / may not changes Sector-wise/daily wise & we will contact you as per the itinerary. This vehicle is not on disposal.
10. Guest is requested to travel light. In case of excess baggage, the guest will have to opt for an extra car for carrying extra luggage. The cost will be collected directly from the guest.
11. A) Ac will be switched ON while moving car and travelling in a plains only. AC switched off, once the car travel in uphill.
B) Most of the Hotel does not have lift facility. In such cases of guests having medical issues, we request guests to report this problem at the time of booking. so that we may take appropriate arrangements. ( Subject to availability).
12. For those Meal plans is added in the package, the menu will be fixed and not on A-la-Carte. Fixed Menu does not include Evening snacks, & cold drinks/liquor. You can go on an A-la-Carte basis but guests are requested to make direct payment to the hotel as per hotel rates.
13. For early morning check- out breakfast may be limited to simple or may not be available.
14. In this sector the one vehicle may or may not be completing the whole tour, it may or may not change sector-wise. So we request you, always check your belonging before leaving the vehicle.
15. Vehicle will not be at disposal. it will be available to guests as per itinerary only (point to point basis).
16. If any tourist spot does not complete, which falls on closing day & if they want to do the same on the next day. In such a case, they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
17. Guest are requested to maintain the timing for the transfer / Sightseeing as suggested by our team. Mainly in Gangtok/ Darjeeling vehicles will not be allowed to park/ enter the hotel. Once our vehicle will leave the hotel area without picking up the guests at the parking stand, in such a case, guests must have arranged their own to reach the parking stand.
18. As there is a shortage of space for car parking in Sikkim & Darjeeling is most hotels – guests will have to wait at the Lobby for vehicles to start their transfers/sightseeing.
19. Since Nathula is a restricted area and gets sealed, without any notice, for security reasons. In such case your tour will only be till Tsongu Lake and there will be no refund for unutilized services.
20. All Sightseeing depends on Permits, weather and road condition.
21. We shall not be responsible for Train/Flight/chopper Missed, Any loss, injury or damage to person or property in connection with the transportation, caused by acts of god, strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents etc.
22. In case of late arriving/ delay by train. We suggest guest to stay overnight at Siliguri. Road of this sector is Narrow and steep & we don’t suggest travelling at night.
23. Sikkim & Darjeeling is a hilly area & weather changes in regular feature. Advise to always carry light woolen / heavy in winter.
24. Guest having a medical issue & children below 05 years should avoid going to Tsongu, Baba Mandir, Nathula, Gurudongmar Lake & Zero Point, Not proper Medical Facilities are available.
NORTH SIKKIM (LACHEN & LACHUNG):
North Sikkim is blessed with Natural Beauty and Amazing landscape. The accommodation provided at Lachung / Lachen will be more like a / 2*hotel /Tourist Lodge / Guest House having basis facilities Please carry a warm woolen cloths.
a) There are no telephone lines services. Vodafone, Airtel & BSNL mobile operates better (as per the weather)
b) The preparation of food will be very simple and basic.
IMPORTANT FACTS FOR TRAVELERS:
Nathula Pass: (We cannot give you any guarantee for nathulla pass but we will try)
1. The Permission for Nathula Pass is completely subject to availability.
2. Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. It can be done on the same day with Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir, except Monday and Tuesday. Only limited permits are issued by the Sikkim Tourism Department before 24 hrs. of tour (OR on the day of tour depends on road condition) to those travel agencies registered with Sikkim Tourism Department on Rotation basis. It is closed on Mon & Tue. NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER i.e. naming list of all guests traveling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival to apply the permit with all documents. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour will only be till Baba Mandir. In case the permit is available one can opt for the trip with an extra charge approx. Rs. 5,500/- per vehicle.
3. It is mandatory that guest should carry photo proof identity card such as Voter Id / Passport / Driving License and passport size photograph. (Aadhar Card / PAN Card - not considered as a valid ID proof). For above 05 yrs. child School ID card is valid.
4. As permit is mandatory and very limited number of permit are issued per day for visiting Nathula, Guest have to travel by any car whichever is available (like Xylo/Scorpio-Maxx/Bolero/Sumo) as per permit issued. We cannot give any choice on Vehicle type. This is to inform you that in order to control and send more tourists to Nathula pass, the department of tourism after consulting with travel agents laid down the following rules :-
ü In case of less than 6 people from one travel agent the department generally club small number with another travel agent’s small number of tourists just for 4 km up and down before Nathula pass.
5. The Indian Army allows visiting Nathula from 11:00AM to 12:30PM only .Guest have to start early from Gangtok. If guest makes delay in starting ex Gangtok we cannot guarantee the visit in spite of having confirmed permit.
6. In high season limited permit will be issued by authorities. We will try to get the permit but if we will not get the permit then we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
7. Please note if Nathula pass permit not done due to weather conditions / Land slide / any other reason than we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
8. Also note that if Nathula Pass permit is issued and due to any other reason they can’t visit Nathula Pass then we are unable to refund anything.
9. In case of less than 8 people from one travel agent the Department generally clubs small numbers with another travel agent’s small number of tourists just for 4 km up and down before Nathula pass. Now in this case it might so happen that the guests might have to leave their vehicle and board some other vehicle with other guests or other guests may join them in their vehicle or for groups and multiple cars it might so happen that the guests who has paid for certain number of vehicles might have to accommodate in lesser number of vehicles as per the instruction of the Permit Office at Sarathang (04 kms before Nathula Pass). In that case no refund would be applicable.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will be advisable by our executive.
2. The tour executive reserves the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reasons etc.
3. Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.
4. The security concerns, driver's working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing.
5. We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability. Weather in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing related with nature flexible.
6. The region's prime tourist interest is its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations.
